1. We will NOT tolerate ANY form of harassment, or hate speech against anyone with a defining characteristic such as religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, disability, etc. No matter how minor, this is not acceptable in any circumstance. Please open a ticket under #support on our discord with proper evidence such as screenshots or video recordings if you notice any violations of this rule!

1.1 Offensive or derogatory maparts, banners, books, item names, mob names and slurs are not permitted and will result in an immediate permanent ban from the server. This rule also falls under any other category for any content to be seen as offensive. (ie; chat messages)

1.2. False accusations or reports of violations against another player can result in a punishment for yourself!

2. Uphold a respectful and polite attitude when interacting with fellow players and staff. Being disrespectful or rude to players and staff alike will result in a punishment.

3. No advertising other servers or links that aren't related to CircusCraft (with the exception of tutorials and server-related streams). Furthermore, no advertising our server in other server groups, server chats, or server communities. No poaching our players to join other servers, and vice versa.

4. Do not create drama, and do not spread rumors or lies about players or staff. Please refrain from talking negatively about others in-game or in the discord server. Our staff team reserves the right to monitor chat logs and issue corrections as needed.

5. Steer clear of political topics, political maparts, political banners, political books, political item names, political mob names and other political content. Let's keep chat civil friends!

6. Threats or acts of doxxing or releasing others personal information onto the server or network is not allowed, even as a joke. It is of utmost urgency and importance we keep our community and environment safe, so this offense will be met with the harshest punishment with no chance to appeal.

6.1 It is not recommended to share your personal information to others on the server, but if you insist, CircusCraft is not responsible if you share your personal information.

7. Bypassing the chat filter is not allowed.

8. Spamming, chat flooding, and excessive CAPS is not allowed.

8.1 Enthusiastic caps are allowed, versus excessive caps. Our team will ensure to take into consideration when players areexcited, and how to distinguish the two apart.

9. Do not frame other players or staff members. This includes but is not limited to placing signs that can incriminate other players or staff members with false accusations. (ie; A sign that says “the server is shutting down tomorrow! -Samlish” when Samlish did not write the sign.) We have ways to prove who framed, and the team reserves the right to issue a punishment for this violation.

10. Moderate swearing is allowed, as long as it is not excessive, not directed at another player and not used to offend anyone. Please also ensure any swearing doesn’t violate any of the above rules.

11. All item and mob/pet names must remain appropriate and not political or NSFW. Use common sense.

12. Please only use English in global chat. Private messages or local chat is fine. This is to ensure our moderators can effectively moderate chat as needed.

13. No NSFW anything. This includes but is not limited to innuendos, sexual phrases, media, songs, items, maparts, banners, books, pet/mob names. Please check our other sections of rules as they also fall under this category.

14. Attempting to get other players to break the server rules or joking about breaking server rules is not allowed.

15. Please don’t use interactive chat to [talk in brackets like this] or spam [item] or [inventory] with the intent to annoy others.

16. Don’t talk about yours or others punishments or bans. This helps our community align with rule 4.

17. Do not discuss illegal activities, violence, or self harm.

17.1 It is allowed to discuss deaths in minecraft. For example, “I’m gonna jump off of a cliff” and then dying to fall damage. However, it is not allowed to joke about sensitive topics.

17.2 Please do not discuss self harm or violent topics in global chat to prevent triggering others.

18. Harassment, sexual harassment, and bullying is not allowed. This is a serious offense and we reserve the right to issue a permanent ban.

19. Excessively asking or begging others for items or trust at their base is not allowed.

20. Please do not minimod. It is better to refrain from interfering with staff, uphold a positive, respectful and friendly attitude, and to apply for staff here.

21. Scamming for items in-game is not allowed. Both parties must uphold their respective part of a trade once agreed upon.

22. No selling copies of maparts, books, or other works of players without permission. We value creativity within our community, let's continue to foster an inspiring environment!

1. No NSFW, hateful, discriminatory, racist or political builds!

2. Griefing is not allowed. This goes for claimed or unclaimed land. If you notice an inappropriate build, please alert our online staff or open a support ticket on our discord.

2.1. Do not claim over others builds without permission. This counts as griefing and you will be subject to a punishment via our staff team.

3. Do not TP-trap, TP-Kill or Spawn kill. This includes but is not limited to teleporting players into any sort of trap, killing them in a trap, killing them after they teleport, or killing a player over and over again. Furthermore, do not attempt to steal a player's items after they die.

4. Do not build or claim within 100 blocks of another player without permission. Please note if you give any player permission to live on your land, you cannot kick them out, however our team will review this on a case-by-case basis such as griefers.

5. No base raiding, you will be subject to a punishment via our staff team. This includes but is not limited to breaking into multiple bases to steal loot, looting bases that aren't yours, etc.

2. Do not impersonate any staff member. This includes but is not limited to: nicknames, copying another staff’s username, skins, direct claims of being a staff member falsely.

2.1. Copying and similarity are two separate things. Copying example: Staff Member Samlish, a player joins the server with the intent on copying named Samlishh. Similarity: Staff Member Samlish, a player joins with no intent on copying named Sam.

3. All usernames, nicknames, and skins must remain appropriate and not political, hateful, racist or NSFW. Use common sense.

To allow for a fun and engaging experience we allow some mods but not others. If a modification isn't added below please feel free to ask staff and we will add it to the list so all know. All mods are used at players risk.
Cheating:

1. XRAY (mods, texture packs, etc)

1.2. No fog: Optifines version is allowed, but any that let you see through lava is not allowed such as texture packs or any other means.

2. Hacked clients (examples are but not limited to flight, no fall, auto armor, anti knock back, kill aura, boat fly, no slow).

3. Baritone, macros, automatic actions such as afk mining, movement and resource gathering.

4. Autoplace feature of Litematica.

5. Freecam

6. ChestESP

7. Autoclickers or other methods of unfair advantages for PVP is not allowed.

8. Autoclickers for mob farms (other than fishing) is not allowed

Staff reserves the right to issue a temporary or permanent punishment depending on the cheat/hack violation.

Allowed mods are as follows:

1. Performance improvement mods (ie; Optifine, Lunar, Sodium, BadLion, Starlight)

2. Litematica (Hologram Only) (No Printer)

3. Minimaps (Please disable cave mode to prevent unfair advantages!)

4. Brightness and Gamma adjustment mods (ie; fullbright),

5. Shaders

6. HUD mods that show armor and status effects.

7. AFK pools and automatic fishing are allowed. If using an autoclicker for fishing make sure your autoclicker doesn't exceed a CPS of 10.

If you're unsure if a mod is allowed, please ask staff first!

1. No evading any punishment(s) with an alternate account.

2. Using an alternate account to AFK at farms is allowed.

Abusing bugs/exploits in any way, shape, or form is strictly not permitted. This includes but is not limited to duplication, obtaining unobtainable items, breaking blocks not meant to be broken, abusing the quest plugin, and getting into areas you shouldn't be in.

To avoid a punishment, please let us about the bug by opening a ticket on our discord.
